As a psychologist, I view myself as having multiple roles as we navigate this process. At times, I will be right next to you, sitting with you as we explore different terrains. Other times, I might be slightly ahead of you, trying to gently help you navigate the new pathways. I also might be sitting and waiting, as you uncover important realizations and embark on new expeditions. Regardless where we are on this journey, you won’t be alone; we’ll walk this path together.

Therapy isn’t just for individuals. Couples Therapy can help partners find the deeper connection they are seeking, have a more nuanced understanding of the challenges faced, and help heal past hurts. I also offer Family Therapy, which can help identify and name patterns and help build closeness among family members. I offer a safe and warm space, where people can explore and unpack processes that previously felt too hard to explore.
