Mindfulness Workshops

I offer experiential workshops in which participants will explore the foundations of mindfulness—a practice of bringing non-judgmental awareness to the present moment. Through guided meditation, mindful movement, and interactive exercises, you’ll learn practical tools to manage stress, find calm in challenging moments, enhance emotional resilience, and learn to notice and be with the sweet moments.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking to refresh your practice, this workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and develop habits that support well-being in everyday life.

Often referred to as a 'heart practice,' it invites us to cultivate kindness towards ourselves, especially in moments of difficulty. Through mindfulness and self-compassion exercises, we learn to acknowledge our pain without judgment, fostering a gentle inner dialogue that promotes healing and resilience. This transformative approach empowers us to respond to life's challenges with slowing down, noticing our pain, connecting to others, and tenderness, ultimately leading to greater emotional well-being and a deeper connection with ourselves.
